1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MC World Compressor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
MC World Compressor is a free online tool that reduces the size of Minecraft Java Edition world files by removing unused regions and applying optimized compression. The service is provided as-is, without registration or payment.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to upload only files that you own or have permission to compress. You may not upload files that contain malware, illegal content, or copyrighted material you are not authorized to process. You may not abuse the service through automated requests, attempts to overload the system, or attempts to bypass technical limitations.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the world files you upload. We claim no ownership over uploaded or compressed content. The MC World Compressor name, logo and source code are the property of their respective authors and are made available under the project's open-source license on GitHub.
5. Service Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Always keep a backup of your original world files before uploading.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MC World Compressor and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. File Limits
Uploads are limited to 4 GB per file. Compressed files are stored for up to one hour and are then permanently deleted. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.
